Spring 2010 Pre-Season Meeting

The Pre-Season Meeting is now scheduled for Tuesday,�March 16th for ALL ages (U-7 to U-19).� The meeting will be held at the Bavarian Inn -�Edelweiss/Winestube Room (downstairs)�at 6:30 pm.� A team representative must attend�to receive schedules and discussion materials.� Schedules will be made available online following the meeting.

All received payments have been noted on the Alignments Page. �All remaining UNPAID team registration fees are now PAST DUE! �Send payments ASAP, payable to MYRSL Team Registration, 10708 W. Hayes Ave., West Allis, WI 53227.

Schedules are currently being finallized.� No conflicts changes can be made.

Full Spring 2010 Alignments

The complete Spring 2010 Alignments are now available here.� They are still subject to change and without notice.

Teams will not be written into the schedules until their fees have been paid in full. Amount owed is listed. Send payments payable to MYRSL Team Registration, 10708 W. Hayes Ave., West Allis, WI 53227.

Any questions, including whether payment has been received, should be directed to your League Director.

Spring 2010 Registration and Conflict Forms

Registration and Conflict Forms for Spring 2010 Season are now available no longer available.
* Team Registration for U-15 through U-19 Boys
* Team Registration for NEW U-14 and younger age Teams
* Conflict Form for Teams that participated in MYRSL Fall 2009
Access to the above forms will require member status.
If you are not a member, register now.

ALL Fall 2009 participating teams may view the status of your conflicts submission and/or registration payments on the Spring 2010 Alignments.� * This list also allows you to verify your conflicts.

If the conflicts need adjusting, please let Jay Kemp know before the January 15th deadline.

Spring 2010 Conflict Planning

The Spring 2010 Season Conflict Planning Worksheet is now available.� It can be downloaded by clicking here.� Deadline for Conflict Submissions is Friday, January 15, 2010.

Update Scores for Season's End

Please Check your team(s) scores and schedules to make sure all games have been reported.� As we enter the last weekend of scheduled games, there are numerous games unaccounted for (of all ages, U-7 through U-14).� All games should be reported online to verify that the games are played, even the U-10 and younger aged games.

Please report any unknown scores ASAP by clickin here so that we can keep things current.

Within weeks after the last games played, the League Director will realign the divisions for the Spring 2010 season.� Updated standing for all ages will greatly assist in this effort along with providing a quality, fun-filled schedule for the younger ages that do not keep public scores and standings. �

For those that are new to MYRSL, your Fall 2009 registration fee covers the full year's league seasons (Fall 2009 and Spring 2010).

For the teams that played in Fall 2009, your only required form submission for Spring 2010 season will be a Conflict Form.� That will be available once WYSA releases the 2010 Sanctioned Tournament list.� We are currently working on the playdates for Spring 2010 and will provide those in the near future along with a worksheet that will help in your planning of the Spring 2010 season.� The Worksheet will be available soon at www.myrsl.org.� Please check back for details.

Online Game Report Submissions

All Online Game Report Submissions have been reviewed and updated through 7am on Monday, Oct. 19th.� There may be delays in reviewing and updating over the next few days.� I apologize for this inconvenience.� - Jay Kemp

Fall 2009 Season is Underway

The Fall 2009 Season has officially started.� Here are some reminders and guidlines for the season, as discussed and/or distributed at the Pre-Season Meeting:
To update your Team Contact Information, see www.myrsl.org, (Submit Contact Update). One�Coach and one Manager will be listed for each team. Login is required to view and submit updated information.

Online Game Report for Teams Submission.� Within 48 hours of the completion of each scheduled game (of all ages), the winning team�s manager or coach should login to www.myrsl.org and enter the final score. In case of a tie, the home team manager or coach should enter the score.

If the game had experienced a No Show by either a team or Center Referee, submit a Report No Show, whether the game was played or not.

Submit Reschedule Request, if a game reschedule is required, by accordance of Rule # 5 of the MYRSL Rules and Regulations (below). Not necessary if MYRSL already notes that game(s) are postponed due to weather.

Rule #5 Game Changes

All games are to be played at the scheduled place and time. The MYRSL will not approve any game changes. This means that on the scheduled game date, a score for that game must be reported or each team will be charged with a forfeit of the game. Inclement weather is the only approved reason for game rescheduling. * Participation in additional tournaments (tournaments not given on Registration Form or Conflict Form) is not acceptable for League Game(s) change. These league games will result in a forfeit and fines may be accessed, if team does not show.

Submit Reschedule Update when make up date/times/place have been determined. This should be done by both teams to verify date/time/field is mutually agreed upon.

Mobile Phone Text Alerts � These service will be voluntary to our members and will NOT be used (over-abused depending on how you want to look at it) everyday. It will not be used as primary outgoing communication source, but merely as a prompt information relay. This service is being sought after for uses of notices and reminders of important registration deadlines and (hold your breath in anticipation...) field closures. * Schedule changes only allowable for weather or State Championships.
* Games are to be played with Only licensed Referees assigned by a licensed Referee Assignor.
